There's no location that's literally called "Seavault Cave". If you start at the dock on Seven Island, you can go south to the Canyon Entrance, east to Sevault Canyon, and south to Tanoby Ruins. Sevault Canyon has the entrance to Tanoby Key, and Tanoby Ruins has the entrance to Tanoby Chambers.
