Which of Solgaleo, Lunala, Dusk Mane Necrozma, or Dawn Wings Necrozma is best for SS Singles?

Which one is the best competitively? Solgaleo, Lunala, Dusk Mane Necrozma, or Dawn Wings Necrozma? I want to make my shield team more powerful. The format I plan on using is singles.

I’m just going to assume this is for online battles or something, where the format is like that of Anything Goes. Necrozma DM is the most viable by a longshot. First, it can wall Zacian-Crowned if it is defensive, and is among the few that can, and is the best out of these for doing so. This is a very valuable ability. But it doesn’t end there. It is very versatile, being able to fulfill a role as a Physical Defender, Dragon Dance Sweeper, Trick-Room Setter and Sweeper, and can utilize Dynamax and makes great use of the Weakness Policy. I’ll provide a few sets here:
Physical defender:
Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Leftovers
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 4 Atk / 252 Def
Impish Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Morning Sun
- Sunsteel Strike
- Thunder Wave
Wall dem dogs
Dragon Dance/Automize Physical Sweeper:
Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 Atk / 252 Spe / 4 HP
Jolly Nature
- Autotomize / Dragon Dance
- Sunsteel Strike
- Photon Geyser
- Earthquake
Prism Armor weakens super effective moves, and you can be at 1/2+ Spe and 2+ Atk and sweep. Max Steelspike and Max Quake make you have better defenses if you choose to dynamax.
Trick Room sweeper:
Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 Def
Brave Nature
- Trick Room
- Sunsteel Strike
- Photon Geyser
- Earthquake
Pretty much the other one but with Trick Room for “outspeeding”.

Since you want an attack team I would recommend using solgaleo or dusk mane necrozma for their attacks. But I recommend Dusk mane more.

You should absolutely go for Necrozma-DM

NDM brings a ton of defensive utility and has good power. It has a great movepool, packing moves like Toxic, Thunder Wave, Stealth Rock, Knock Off, Sunsteel Strike, and Trick Room. NDM can act as either a great wall with its great bulk boosted by Prism Armor, or it can be a terrifying sweeper with its access to Trick Room, Swords Dance, and a potentially low Speed stat. Or, it can absolutely go for a Dragon Dance Weakness Policy sweep. There's just so much NDM can do very well, it should always be considered on a team.
