Is Yanmega good for Gen 4 OU?

It would be Top-Tier if not for a certain crippling weakness
With great SpA and Speed Boost to give it unlimited speed as well as a strong STAB in Bug Buzz and some decent coverage options, it would be a big threat if not for it’s 4x Stealth Rock Weakness. This takes half of it’s health. It still has a niche as a sweeper as a lead, the Stealth Rock weakness greatly hinders it.

(From fsg video) it was a good lead, being able to do alrge damage to theirs. Some players considered it being worth it to try and keep rocks off to use it. Also, i would say its more of a niche pick, rather a good but still semi rare pokemon.
