Does Lilligant get confused when it uses Petal Dance?

Question

I heard that its ability can be "Own Tempo" which prevents it from getting confused. I think Lilligant would be BEAST if it didn't get confused.

As long as it has the ability Own Tempo, it will not be confused. However, you'll still be locked into Petal Dance for 2-3 turns, so it isn't perfect.
