I don't think that this question is the same as the one you linked, however, even if a question isn't answered sufficiently, you shouldn't reask it just for a better answer. You could bump the post and ask for a better answer or ask a mod to hide the other answers.

I found the highest after searching online to be 7300 according to the post of a Reddit user.

There may be a higher recorded Ultra Warp Ride score but after searching for a while, the longest recorded ride that is easily verified is 7062 Light Years according to this Twitter user
