Lileep @ Eviolite
Ability: Storm Drain
Level: 5
Shiny: Yes
EVs: 228 HP / 220 Def / 60 SpD
Calm Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Recover
- Stealth Rock
- Giga Drain
- Toxic

This a Lead/Wall set. Recover is obvious, Giga Drain is for additional recovery and STAB, Stealth Rock is obvious, Toxic is for walls like Vullaby (though most of them are steel type). Though Lileep isn't used as much as other walls (e.g. Ferroseed), it has reliable recovery and can safely set up stealth rock. most other walls (if not all of them) only have access to either stealth Rock or reliable recovery, not both of them which makes Lileep stand out among the rest.

Lileep @ Eviolite
Ability:Storm Drain
EVs:196 HP/196 Def/76 SpD/36 SpA
Bold Nature
IVs:0 Atk,max everything else
Giga Drain
Stealth Rock
Recover
Stockpile
Eviolite is to make it super bulky.Storm Drain allows it to get a free switch in on water type moves, and boosts its decent SpA.The EVs are for bulk and a bit of power.Bold nature lowers its useless stat and raises its defense. The IVs are explanetory.Giga Drain is STAB and can heal.Stealth Rock is a hazard move that chips the opponent.Recover heals HP.Stockpile boosts its already awesome defensive stats. This thing is super cool.It can tank super well,do some damage to all the water Pokemon in LC,and sets up rocks.
