I do know that the setter is almost always Shuckle (sometimes Slurpuff) in Gen 8 and Smeargle in National Dex, and Specs Kyogre is almost mandatory. Outside of those, I don't really know anything about building Webs.

Not always Shuckle, ppl in the AG Discord scream over adding Slurpuff to the VR’s (is it there I dunno), as it gets Webs + Magic Coat + Unburden.
Oh yeah I think I've seen Slurpuff once, let me add that real quick

Great answer by Hoenndragon as always, but I wanted to add something to it

Gen 8 AG

Main Pokémon:

  • Specs Ogre: As you said, Specs Kyogre is almost mandatory here. It is one of the most threatening wallbreaker and late-game sweeper in AG because of it's godly Special Attack Stat, and it's ability, Drizzle, just complements it's main STAB options. It also has a plethora of coverage options, like Ice Beam and Thunder, which nails the Pokémon who can take it's Water-type STAB's, like Eternatus, and opposing Kyogre. On Hyper Offense Teams (that's where you use Webs usually), it's a demon. After Webs, it outspeeds almost the whole unboosted metagame, and secures a lot of OHKO's with a max-HP Water Spout, and 2HKO's the likes of Ferrothorn and Chansey through the said move, which could otherwise nail it.

Sample set:

Kyogre @ Choice Specs
Ability: Drizzle
EVs: 4 Def / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Timid Nature
- Water Spout
- Origin Pulse
- Ice Beam
- Thunder

Specs is what makes the Kyogre a demon. The EV's are pretty simple, they increase it's damage output as much as possible, and it also packs a respectable speed. Timid > Modest as the nature, as with Modest, Zac-C and co. outspeed and weaken/KO it.

  • WeakPoll NDM: Dragon Dance NDM becomes a beast with Webs. It's a great wallbreaker, due to a nice typing, and a blessed ability in Prism Armor, which let's the WeakPoll activate quite easily, without loosing much HP. It also get's a nice amount of coverage options, like Earthquake and Stone Edge, which nail Pokémon that don't fall to it's already stronk STAB options. DD NDM is also a great fit on HO teams, as it appreciates Webs, and after only a +1, it outspeeds almost the whole unboosted metagame, and ties with Regieleki (after the Spe. drop from Webs). It also soft-checks Zac-C and Xern, if the team ever requires that support.

Sample Set:

Necrozma-Dusk-Mane @ Weakness Policy
Ability: Prism Armor
EVs: 136 HP / 244 Atk / 128 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Dragon Dance
- Earthquake
- Sunsteel Strike
- Stone Edge / Photon Geyser

128 Spe is to speed tie with opposing Regieleki after a +1 and Webs, 244 Atk is to KO half the things at a +1, and rest into HP.
Dragon Dance is set-up, Quake is for Eternatus and opposing NDM's, plus Zac-C and Sunsteel Strike is the required STAB move. Last move is choice, if you feel threaghtened by Ho-Oh, go for Stone Edge, otherwise Photon Geyser suffices as another STAB option for things that resist EdgeQuake and Sunsteel Strike.

  • SD Don: SD Don has carved a niche for itself as a nice SD Sweeper in Webs HO Teams. It forces things like NDM and Tar out, and so Zac-C and Cal-S can put up a nice sweep later on. After a Swords Dance, LO Boosted Precipice Blades 2HKO's almost the whole unboosted metagame. It also has nice other options such as Stone Edge which nail Ho-Oh's and Yve's. Because of Webs, it no longer needs to carry Rock Polish and can go for other options, such as Toxic, Thunder Wave, or something else.

Sample Set:

Groudon @ Life Orb
Ability: Drought
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Jolly Nature
- Swords Dance
- Precipice Blades
- Stone Edge
- Toxic / Thunder Wave / Filler

Pretty simple set. Last move is choice, Toxic to cripple Tang and Lunala (which fails to get KO'd by PreBlades because of Shadow Shield) and T-Wave cripples things.

Teammates:

As you'd hate your hazards going boom, spinblockers such as Caly-S and Marshadow make for nice teammates. Regieleki is a nice teammate as it can Spin away hazards, got good MU against plenty of Defoggers like Ho-Oh and Yve, and can Explode after that, so as to bring in a sweeper or something. Zac-C can go for Max HP / Max Atk, which packs a lot of bulk and firepower, and offensive Yveltal works wonders, as SpD Bulk isn't needed as you anyways outspeed Cal-S, and can go for options like Heat Wave for Zac-C, etc.

Sample Teams:

Sample Team #1 (stole from sample teams galore o.o)
Nice team with everything needed. Explained everything above.

Sample Team #2
I made it so not that good, Eternatus is a surprisingly good wallbreaker as it outspeeds Cal-S and Zac-C and like almost everything, and after a Meteor Beam, is hard to check.

NDAG

(take this as a grain of salt I don't play NDAG wooper)

Main Pokémon:

  • SD MR Yeah... Swords Dance Mega Ray go brr... With Webs, it's like Holy Mother Of God what the power. With Webs it outspeeds everything blah blah blah do a SD and then sweep well, no worries about Zac-C and co. as they are outsped even with Ady after Webs. After a +2, almost everything falls to Dragon Ascent. PhysDef Zyg, PhysDef NDM, PhysDef this that is like gone. Webs help SD sets to prosper, as without that speed drop, Zac-C and co. outspeed it and KO it. Dynamaxed PhysDef NDM has a high chance to get OHKO'd by a +2 V-Create, which is saying much.

Sample Set:

Rayquaza-Mega @ Life Orb
Ability: Delta Stream
EVs: 252 Atk / 4 Def / 252 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Swords Dance
- Dragon Ascent
- Extreme Speed
- V-create / Earthquake

First three moves speak for themselves. Last move is choice; V-Create nails PhysDef NDM much much better than Earthquake, but then you loose out on the Ima-sweep-everything factor, as the Spe drop from V-Create is meh. Earthquake is another, consistent option, which also nails NDM, but has a low chance to 2HKO Dyna NDM, so you loose on that, but it guarantees a sweep after these Pokémon are eliminated.

  • DD NDM: Same as above. Literally everything same as above, it got nice typing, nice move choices, and nice ability, can do a late-game sweep, but it's really a potent wallbreaker.
Just make sure to do Psychic Fangs > Photon Geyser as Photon becomes special during Dynamax.
Life Orb > WeakPoll is also an option, as it boasts power without boosts also, plus it's a better option against Yve MU's. (Credit to Frozen Inferno for this, I was unaware that it's used o.o)

  • Mixed PDon: EREPSHUNNN Yes so, Mixed Don actually rocks. Eruption does like 80%+ to 252 / 240+ non-resisted Arceus formes, namely FairyCeus and GroundCeus, and after Webs, you outspeed them, and KO in return. HP Ice nails Xyg and all. You can also run thingies like Fire Blast, which work even in low HP, and do a lot of damage to said Pokémon also. Stone Edge nails Ho-Oh and Yve, and PreBlades is like one of the best STAB options it gets.

Sample Set:

Groudon-Primal @ Red Orb
Ability: Desolate Land
EVs: 4 Atk / 252 SpA / 252 Spe
Hasty Nature
- Eruption / Fire Blast
- Precipice Blades
- Stone Edge
- Hidden Power (Ice) / Swords Dance

Nice set. First move is choice, Eruption boats raw power but early HP only, Fire Blast is a more consistent STAB option with no drawbacks. Next two move coverage options, and last move choice again, HP Ice wrecks Xyg, and SD increases whatever EdgeQuake do and kind of repairs the MU against WaterCeus also.

Teammates:

Kyogre-Primal is a great teammate as Water Spout is like gee, plis the GroundCeus MU is like so great then, they would be so scared to come on in like any move really, a force to reckon with. (Credit to Frozen Inferno here also!!) Regieleki also makes for a nice teammate for reasons already discussed. Offensive Yveltal is nice here too, plus things like CM GroundCeus and SD Arceus formes are pretty nice.

Sample Teams:

Sample Team #1 (Stole frm Teams galore again lil)
Nice team, especially the Shuckle. Nothing to explain here.

Sample Team #2
Made by me so meh, but Don is like the star, works oh so well, Regi is to remove hazards, rest is known.

So that's it lol, hope it helped, sorry for a boring answer xD

Whoops forgot to do the remaining 4 EV’s on the Zac-C in the second Galar Sample Team, dump it in Speed.

Gen 8 AG:
DD necrozma-DM: have 124 speed EVs. +2 spe allows you to out speed calyrex shadow. Amazingly powerful.
Specs caly: almost nothing to say. Only walled by yveltal and sweeps everything else.
SD Zac-c: pretty much broken with adamant webs + SD. I don't need to say much else Ig.
SD Groudon: no need of rock polish. Have over heat for dumb tang growths instead.
Zekrom: dd varient with adamant. Fearsome sweeper.
Regieleki: provides rapid spin support and KOs every good defoger.

Natdex AG:
Specs caly: same as above
SD Zac-c: same as above
Dual dance Pdon: takes care of almost everything. Isn't known to almost dominate gen 7 ubers for nothin!
Specs Kyurem-white with modest: it infact one shots Offensive pdon with 100 s.def EVs. Pretty good but 2 spex may not be the best idea.

Hope I helped!

Thanks
You're welcome!
Might want to consider smeargle as smeargle wld outspeed and then spore first, allowing u to run a sub variant
