No, you can't have both the bikes at the same time.

In Generation III, the player cannot have both at the same time. They can switch models at Rydel's Cycles.

NO

You can t get two bikes in Ruby at a time.

But you can exchange the bikes either from Acro-Mach or Mach-Acro anytime in mauvile city Bike Shop.

You can just go to the shop and talk to the person and select YES if you want to exchange Bike.

You can exchange it anytime according to your need.
