Does the HOME need nintendo switch online and HOME membership?

Question

As you can see here I dont have nintendo switch online(sad) and I need to know is transfering Pokemon from home and to home needed all subscription
If this not allowed and there is a duplicate pls tell me.

Neither Home or transferring to Home needs Online, it only requires an internet connection.
