What static encounters can you runaway hunt in BDSP?

I want to hunt like Dialga/Azelf/Heatran ETC and do the runaway method instead of soft resetting, but I’m not sure if that will ruin the encounters or no. What are all those encounters I can runaway and immediately rebattle?
