Is there only one Thief TM in BD/SP?

Question

I want Thief on a Pokemon but already used the TM by the Galactic Building. Is there any way to get another or can you only get one through playthrough?

You get a guaranteed TM 46 (Thief) in Eterna City on the path right of the Galactic Building by using Cut. You can also get one in the Grand Underground from a random seller.
