Sorry to break it for you. But, yes. It is not the only ability. Now with a nifty Reshiram / zekrom their special abilities, turboblaze/ terravolt respectively, they can also hit that Shedinja you are thinking of. Wonder guard has developed many weaknesses nowadays & has, if you think about it, never had the wonder it so proudly claims to be guarded by.
