If you use a 2 turn move and the opponent faints before, does it cost PP?

on a Pokemon that is weakenend then it dies before your move hits and the battle ends does it cost pp. Let me explain it better first. Wild battle Noctowl vs. Ghastly. Turn 1, Noctowl uses a move and lowers Ghastly down to 1-50% hp and Ghastly uses mean look. Turn 2, Noctowl starts a sky attack and then Ghastly uses Curse and faints. Would Sky attacks PP go down at all?

No, you wouldn't lose PP because technically you didn't attack it, the pokemon fainted itself.
