So in bdsp I got the gift mew from floaroma town and it has 7 in all stats except speed. I don't know much about evs and ivs but I'm pretty sure that having all stats as 7 is perfect? I'm unsure though.
If I'm right about that, what would be a way to increase the speed by one and have perfect stats?
If I'm wrong, then please let me know and give some advice if you want.
Also, wasn't sure if this matters but it's level 1 and it's nature is brave.
Like Quagsire just said, the Mew would have the same stats at level 1 regardless of IVs meaning there is no way to determine whether it has perfect IVs or not unless you have the Judge Feature (Allows you to check IVs). Otherwise, there is no way to change a Pokemon's IVs after they have already been determined without Hyper Training it as they are set in stone the moment they are generated when you obtain the Pokemon. To Hyper Train your Mew, you’ll have to first beat the Elite Four so you can make your way to the Fight Area. You can access this by talking to the ferryman in Snowpoint City, then make your way to the Battle Tower. There is a trainer between the Battle Point (BP) vendors who will take your Pokemon to Hyper Train them. You’ll need to earn Bottle Caps and trade them to the Hyper Trainer by the vendors in the Battle Tower. if you want to know how to know how to get the Judge Feature go here.
