Where can I purchase sour or bitter berries in SW/SH?

Question

I'm trying to fill up my currydex.
I purchased Cheri, Oran, Chesto and Pecha berries, which covers spicy, neutral, dry and sweet respectively, but I haven't found anywhere in game that sells bitter berries or sour berries.

There is no place in Galar to buy sour and bitter berries. You have to get them from Berry Trees on routes and in the Wild Area. You can also find them in Max Raid Battles.

Hi,
In Sword and Shield, you cannot purchase sour or bitter berries. The most common way to get them is to complete Max Raid battles- especially raids with more than 3 stars- and by shaking the many Berry trees scattered around the Wild Area, Isle of Armour and Crown Tundra. It's rare, though not impossible, for Pokémon to also be holding Berries when caught or defeated.
