Does Red's Pikachu have abnormal stats?

Question

I was just wondering if Red's Pikachu (aside from the Light Ball) has any buffs so it isn't weak like a regular Pikachu. It seems like it would.

They couldn't have really given it "abnormal" stats, or stats more than a Pikachu can have, because that would require the Pikachu to be hacked. The most they could've done is give it max IVs across the board and max EVs in two stats.

It just a regular Pikachu without the Light Ball attached to it, however, if it does end up hitting quite hards its being it'll most likely be 20 or 30 levels higher than your entire team.

Fun Fact: Reds Pikachu and Cynthias Garchomp in BDSP Rematch Battle has the highest level Pokemon they has on there teams out of all of the other super boss fights being level 88, with Iris's Level 85 Haxarious in the Challenge mode of B2W2 Rematch battle being a close second.

Thanks! That was an interesting fact. I just thought that as partner Pikachu has an extra 100 base stats, Red's would be buffed.
