I am curious because I am planning to write a Pokémon fanfic, and I want the battle to be accurate.

Yes, Pokemon with Poison Touch can poison Pokemon with Magic Bounce.
Magic Bounce bounces back status moves, such as Stealth Rock, Thunder Wave, and Taunt. Poison Touch gives moves that make contact a 30% chance of poisoning the foe. As Poison Touch isn't a status move itself, but an added effect, Magic Bounce won't activate.

In this replay, Toxicroak's Toxic got bounced back, but Knock Off still managed to poison Hatterene. Magic Bounce can't bounce back added effects of moves, such as the freeze chance from Ice Beam, or the burn chance from Flamethrower.

See this page for info on Contact moves, and this one for info on Magic Bounce. Hoped this helps.
