Is Bellibolt’s face fake or real?

ok so when I saw official art of bellibolt (a new Pokemon in scarlet and violet) I couldnt help but notice another face being made by it's nostrils or whatever those are and it's mouth. are we gonna have another mimikyu situation? or am I just going crazy?!

Iono confirmed in Bellibolt's reveal trailer that the small yellow dots are its actual eyes, and the big eye-like orbs on the side of its head are fake. I believe these are where it discharges electricity from if memory serves.
