According to rule 1.6 I believe, we cannot help you make a team, but we can offer a solution to the first question.
Thank you RedMikki07
There's no PVP in legends arceus,  who are you playing against ?
I think ShadowFlash means that they are making a competitively viable team in-game, so they are wondering (competitively) whether H-Typhlosion or Infernape is better (probably use Gen 8 Nat Dex since PLA didn’t have pvp).
Gen 8 NatDex doesn't allow hisuian mons. Even if you make a competitive team,  there won't be anyone to use it against except the AI.
my bad I forgot, so we can only answer which Pokémon is better in-game (I probably shouldn’t answer since I haven’t played), not which one is better competitively since there is no competitive format for PLA yet
Cdijk16 I am thinking of making a battle with my friend in showdown,So by using my hisuian team
I have played these games before, i could make an answer for this later.
@shadowflash You should've specified that in the OP itself.

Infernape is definitely better than Hisuian Typhlosion. Infernape has a better movepool and stats. All of Typhlosion's coverage moves are physical, which is bad for a special attacker. In a game like Legends: Arceus, you want all the power you can get along with the speed. Here's a moveset you can use for Infernape.

Infernape
Nature: Jolly / Adamant
- Flare Blitz
- Close Combat
- Mach Punch
- Rock Slide / Thunder Punch
