Anything Goes

Ting-Lu @ Assault Vest
Ability: Vessel of Ruin
Tera Type: Water
EVs: 196 HP / 60 Atk / 168 Def / 84 SpD
Sassy Nature
IVs: 0 Spe
- Fissure
- Ruination
- Stomping Tantrum
- Heavy Slam

This set is used to deliver powerful hits with low attack investment and tank powerful hits. It can tank 4 EQs from Garchomp and 3 Moonblasts from Flutter Mane as long as its Sp.A isn't buffed by Protosynthesis. Despite Fissure easily missing, Stomping Tantrum can make up for it with a 150BP attack with no drawbacks. This 2HKOs a Hisuian Goodra with ease. Heavy Slam sorts out Fairies (and light Flying types with Ruination in the back if the flier is Corviknight or something). Water is a great Tera type since it only has 2 weaknesses. Steel is also viable with its resistences but I think Water fits best for Ting-Lu.

Calcs:

252 Atk Garchomp Earthquake vs. 196 HP / 168 Def Ting-Lu: 118-139 (23.6 - 27.8%) -- 0.3% chance to 3HKO

252 SpA Life Orb Flutter Mane Moonblast vs. 196 HP / 84+ SpD Assault Vest Vessel of Ruin Ting-Lu: 205-244 (41 - 48.8%) -- 99.6% chance to 2HKO

60 Atk Ting-Lu Stomping Tantrum vs. 252 HP / 160 Def Goodra-Hisui: 158-188 (43.4 - 51.6%) -- 87.5% chance to 2HKO after Leftovers recovery (odds to OHKO would increase due to missing Fissure)

Ting-Lu @ Leftovers
Ability: Vessel of Ruin
Tera Type: Dragon / Steel
EVs: 252 HP / 4 SpD / 252 Def
Impish Nature
IVs: 0 Atk
- Stealth Rock
- Spikes
- Whirlwind
- Body Press

This is for singles OU. Tera Dragon is for it's common weakness to water and grass. You can run Tera Steel if you want more overall resistances but I think Dragon is better.

Gen 9 Monotype Choice Band (Ground)

Ting-Lu @ Choice Band
Ability: Vessel of Ruin
Tera Type: Dark
EVs: 28 HP / 252 Atk / 184 SpD / 44 Spe
Adamant Nature
- Earthquake
- Throat Chop
- Heavy Slam
- Stone Edge

With Pokemon such as Gastrodon, Clodsire, and Clodsire being able to setup hazards for Ground teams, Ting-Lu can use different sets such as a Choice Band set. While Choice Band Ting-Lu is far from the standard defensive set, the set is funny, and the surprise factor is definitely there. Earthquake is Ting-Lu's most powerful STAB move. Throat Chop is Ting-Lu's only good physical Dark STAB that is useful against Pokemon such as Slowbro and Brambleghast. Heavy Slam allows Ting-Lu to nail Fairy-types such as Iron Valiant and Hatterene. Stone Edge allows Ting-Lu to hit Flying-types such as Kilowattrel, Gyarados, Iron Jugulis, Dragonite, and Bombirdier.

252 Attack EVs allow Ting-Lu to hit as hard as possible. 44 Speed EVs allow Ting-Lu to outspeed base 50 Pokemon such as Iron Hands. The rest of the EVs are honestly just to maximize Ting-Lu's special bulk.

Gen 9 OU singles physical tank set
Item: Leftovers
Ability: Vessel of Ruin
Tera Type: Fire/Flying (chose them because they both handle Ting-Lus Grass, Bug, and Fighting/Ice weaknesses)
EVs: 252 HP, 129 Atk, 129 Def
Nature: Adamant (lowers SpA, boosts Atk)
- Eathquake
- Throat Chop
- Tera Blast
- Rock Slide

Earthquake and Throat Chop are STAB. Tera Blast is because Ting-Lu can’t learn any Fire/Flying moves normally. Rock Slide is for coverage.

EVs should be in multiples of 4.
Yeah even if there is 2 left over there is no point to just add them on.

Gen 9 AG Physically Defensive Lead & Phazer

Ting-Lu @ Leftovers
Ability: Vessel of Ruin
Tera Type: Ghost
EVs: 252 HP / 252 Atk / 4 SpD
Adamant Nature
- Stealth Rock
- Whirlwind
- Throat Chop
- Earthquake

Pretty average defensive investment, with significant Atk. SR to set up as a lead, Whirlwind due to the immense amount of Calm Mind, Speed Boost, Swords Dance, Flame Charge, etc. setup sweepers in AG. Throat Chop and EQ for STAB and to not be non-Prankster Taunt fodder. Lefties for longevity, Tera Ghost for spinblocking.

wow why does this have so much downvotes
I guess people don’t like offensive Ting-Lu, a wise decision.
I guess it's that... fine?
You’re only downvotes are from this answer.
I'm actually confused. Why has this answer got downvotes?  It's perfectly fine. Evs are there, nature is there, description is there, and the moveset itself is decent, at least, in my opinion and compared to other worse movesets on different Pokemon.
