Can the Day 1 update bring Ting-Lu to 0 HP?

Question

The day 1 update removed 10 base hp from Ting-Lu's stats so I'm wondering if it got down to 1 HP on version 1.0.0 and then the game updated it to version 1.1.0, would Ting-Lu still have 1 HP or would it be glitched?

I assume it would probably still be at 1 HP as a fraction of it's max HP but I don't know for sure.

If you as a player can imagine the bug, then you can be sure professional software engineers did unit tests against it. I don't think their implementation would be so flimsy that changing base HP would cause a problem in any case.

Difference in time, management, technological capabilities, etc. That's also a glitch, instead of a feature change

I get why you mention it, but the Pomeg glitch from 15 years ago just doesn't mean very much to this hypothetical issue.
