Can you trade between VC versions of RBY with only one console?

Let's say I bought Red, Blue & Yellow before the eshop went down that I wasn't able to get a second system or have any friends with those game. Is it possible to trade between them?

No. VC editions of Red, Blue, and Yellow are not directly compatible with Pokemon Bank; you first have to go through Poke Transporter. Poke Transporter is a one way ticket, so once you put Pokemon through it into Bank, you are unable to get those Pokemon back in the game they came from.
