I typed out a really long tutorial but my page refreshed and it’s gone *cries*
But basically, yeah. You get it in go, and you can send it to Scarlet and violet

To obtain a Roaming Form Gimmighoul in Scarlet and Violet:

1. Send a Postcard from Pokemon GO to a copy of SV
2. Open the Coin Bag in Pokemon GO to spawn wild Roaming Gimmighoul for 30 minutes
3. Use the GO Transporter to bring your Gimmighoul into Pokemon HOME
4. Connect HOME to SV and bring your Gimmighoul into your game

You can also use a Golden Lure Module to increase the odds of finding Gimmighoul at a PokeStop, but spawns are rare and it's generally easier to use the Postcard method.
