Is possible to get Rockruff with Own tempo and/or Lycanrock Dusk form on Pokémon Scarlet and Violet?

I have a Dusk form Lycanroc, I think they just spawn wherever Lycanroc spawns.

In the hills directly East of Cascarafa's gym there's a fixed daily spawn of a Tera Psychic Rockruff. Every time I have encountered it, the ability has been Own Tempo. Serebii has an interactive map that you can use to assist in pinpointing the location. It's right next to the U shaped rock ridge with the tree inside it, between Cascarafa and the Western rim of the Crater.

Lycanroc-Dusk spawn during... well, dusk time, and wherever you can find Lycanroc, so in:
North Province of Area One, East Province of Area One, South Province of Area Two, South Province of Area Four, South Province of Area Five, South Province of Area Six, West Province of Area One, and Glaseado Mountain. Source: Lycanroc's page on this website.
N.B. They also spawn in the Great Crater, but only as Midday Form.
