Do only white striped basculins evolve into basculegion?

Question

The explanation in its evolution line shows online only the white striped basculin evolving into basculegion, does this only apply to the white stripe since we only see white striped basculins in legends arceus?

White-Striped Basculin can evolve into Basculegion. Neither Red-Striped Basculin nor Blue-Striped Basculin can evolve.

dang... thanks for the answer though, i caught a red basculin and after so much wave crashes without fainting it never evolved, now i understand
