Well, it's impossible to get Shiny Pokémon in Gen 1, so I have no idea why would you tag this to be Gen 1.

If you breed two non-Shiny Pokémon together, you can get a Shiny out of it, it just will have a low chance. Like a 1/8192 chance (1/4096 if it's Gen 6 and beyond).

In Gen 2 alone, breeding a Shiny and a non-Shiny raises the Shiny chance to be 1/64, but it's impossible to breed two Shinies together.

Source: Experience and this.

Please let me know if I'm wrong, and good luck with your Shiny hunt!

In gen 2 only, breeding one shiny Pokemon and one non-shiny Pokemon raises the shiny chance, and it's impossible to breed 2 shiny Pokemon.
Thanks sumwun. I'll be sure to add that on my answer.
You're welcome I guess.
