There is no definitive proof relating to this matter, but according to Reddit user SkyWolve's preliminary studies, out of a collection of 61 Pokemon with 87.5% Male/12.5% Female gender ratios in the main-series games, 52 were male and 9 were female. This ratio is around 85.2% Male/14.8% Female, which is very close to the presumed 87.5/12.5 gender odds.
This all but solidifies the fact that gender ratios are the same as the base games. If all ratios were a standard 50/50, the odds of receiving the same results as the above study would be 1/132,964,736.
I hope this answers your question!
