How to get missingno in pokemon games?

In Pokemon black and White its IMPOSSIBLE
But in Pokemon Red and Blue its possible...

In Diamond and pearl its not exatcly MISSINGNO.
Its another glitch Pokemon
I dont recomend you try to get  that glitch pokemon
I had to erase my whole save file to get rid of it
