How do I get hidden ability Gothita/Gothorita/Gothitelle in Pokemon Scarlet?

I had an idea for a Perish Trap team that needs Gothitelle with Shadow Tag, its hidden ability. So how do I get said ability? Yes, I know that the Ability Patch exists. I'd rather not use it though.

Beyond obtaining Ability Patches from 6 or 7 star Tera Raids, trading, or passing them down through breeding, the only way to get Hidden Ability Pokémon in Scarlet/Violet are through catching them in 3 star-or-more Tera Raids. Gothorita and Gothitelle can be found in 3 star and 5 star Tera Raids in Paldea respectively.

As it's difficult to find specific raids, it may be best to just farm Ability Patches from high star Tera Raids.
