In each of the game's descriptions, it says that Spite cuts 4 PP from the last move. But the overview + FR-LG say that it cuts 2-5 PP. Can someone make this make sense?
Spite's PP deduction was originally random, but as of Diamond and Pearl it's been standardized as 4 PP every time (or all the PP, if the move has less than that).
