Pokemon Platinum changing systems time events?

Question

So, I've been playing platinum, and I've mostly been playing it on my 3ds, but I swapped to my DS Lite to migrate over some Pokemon before switching back. They have slightly different time settings, maybe 3-4 minutes apart. Is this enough to prevent daily event changes? Namely, will this freeze berries and prevent the swarm from changing for 24 hours?

I believe the time travel penalty only occurs if the game detects the changing of days? You should be fine iirc, but I do not know for certain.
If you run into this again, do your migration, and then attempt to do a daily event (any of the free daily berries, lottery, daily phrase) and see if it allows you to do them.
