If I catch a shiny marked starter in gen 9, then transfer it to gen 8, is that Pokemon legal?

Obviously in SWSH it's impossible to obtain marked starters because they aren't encounterable in the wild. I want to know if the hack checks have been updated to allow these new marked starter Pokemon.
