well meet in kinda depends poltergeist is good but it's not 100% accurate and if you want a priority move it gets shadow sneak, and if you want a reliable move that you don't have  to get a TM for it gets shadow claw and blahblahblahblah...

Poltergeist is a good choice, but it isn’t 100% accurate. It also fails if the target doesn’t have an item.

Shadow sneak is another option because it gains priority, but it’s only 40 power.

Shadow claw has reliable damage and accuracy as well as a significantly increased critical hit rate.

Overall I would recommend shadow claw but it’s up to you. For the purposes of my answer I have assumed that this is for competitive use. Also I didn’t include any special attacks or status moves because I assumed you were looking for attacking moves, and ceruledge has a much higher physical attack.

Just wanted to add that technically Tera Blast Ghost is also an option

If you are doing competitive Poltergeist is better, it has higher power and everything holds an item. In-game shadow claw is better, irc only some of the dlc trainers make use of items

Should also add that shadow sneak priority is gonna be useful either way
