Are there any battle conditions change the chances of a speed tie?

I don't know if this is true or not, but I think if any Pokemon that are in the field have the exact same speed, it's just 50-50 for who goes first, and I was wondering if anything changed those odds. Also what I mean by battle conditions (or field effeccts) is anything that goes under the turn in Showdown, such as terrains, reflect/light screen, weather conditions, and so on.

Only factors that affect precedence within priority brackets can impact speed ties. For example...

• A Pokémon holding a Lagging Tail will go last, leaving no chance of a speed tie.
• If a Pokémon's held Quick Claw activates, it will move first.
• A Sableye with Stall will always go last in its priority bracket.
• If a Toedscruel with Mycelium Might and another Pokémon have the same Speed, and the Toedscruel uses a status move, it will go last.

There are plenty of other Speed-modifying effects, but they change the Speed stat directly and therefore make ties a moot point. This list may be found on Bulbapedia.

I think the question was asking whether anything can make a Pokemon more or less likely to move first in a speed tie, not whether anything can prevent a speed tie.
