Has Ash’s Butterfree or it’s mate ever been gifted?

Pretty easy question! Just curious if Ash’s Butterfree (with the yellow scarf) or it’s chosen mate (pink Butterfree) have ever been gifted through event or been available to obtain some how?

I like the pink Butterfree better than the shiny and totally want it….

A Butterfree that is either pink or has a yellow scarf has never been distributed or obtainable. However, Butterfree’s shiny, especially in gen 2, has a pinkish tint on the wings. Also, a Butterfree with a bow on its head has been obtainable during Fashion Weeks in Pokemon Go.
