If you already have all three Regis and transfer them to a different save, can you go right to Regieleki/draco?

I'm pretty sure this was asked before and the answer was you need the Regis from your own game.

You have to catch the Regis in your own game in order to get Regieleki and Regidrago from the Split-Decision Ruins.

Source: This and experience from shiny hunting the two Regis and getting two normal ones for my Shield Dex.

It was about Regigigas, the answer just happened to include the other Regis, so not a dupe.
