Why isnt yamper in the new games? [closed]

As you may know, Yampers debut was in swsh, by the next game, I was excited to see him again. no. yamper.
ok, well SURELY he will be in the next game, WRONG. Yamper is a generally new Pokemon, but only being in 2 mainline games, he deserves better. Anyone know why he isnt in these new games?

we have no way of knowing why exactly.

but the likely explanation is because it's already in a switch title. there's pokemon that haven't been available since 3DS era still. they have to rotate some less popular pokemon around between titles to ensure they're somehow obtainable.
