Is it possible for jynx to learn both psychic and lovely kiss without TM in crystal?

Jynx can only learn psychic from smoochum or from TM used my psychic TM on celebi so I dont have one for jynx

There's no move reminder in crystal, so I think the answer is no. If you allow trading between games, then you can do this via move reminder. (Level up Smoochum till it learns Psychic, transfer to another game, and then use the move reminder there to teach Jynx Lovely Kiss, transfer back to Crystal.)

The answer is no, Jynx cannot naturally learn Psychic and can only be taught psychic via TM while Jynx learns Lovely Kiss at level 9 and 1 however you cannot get a Jynx at Level 9 without breading or hacking. You can trade with another Pokemon or get a smoochum by trading or at Route 34 as a Gift at Level 25 (only Psychic). No other Human-Like breeding group Pokemon can learn Lovely Kiss at Generation 2 (dumb I know.) so the only actual method is Trading, Hacking or just Psychic.
