RedPikachu, we don't know. My best guess is that it's sometimes hard to find five other people who want to battle, and are able to, at the same time. But that's all it is, a guess. We aren't GameFreak. We didn't make the games. If you get the chance to ask someone who knows someday, then I would encourage you to!
