Just curious how people really feel about hacked Pokemon- it seems mostly harmless but some people talk about them like Voldemort.
Hacking in a Pidgey or something is kind of cringe, and I can see why shiny hunters might have issues with them, but like Victini is a favorite Pokemon of mine and if someone offers me a V-Create & Bolt Strike Victini (an event exclusive in Japan only), I don't see why I should care about its origins as long as it LOOKS legit ENOUGH- I want to annihilate people with my cool new Victini.
Apparently competitive players get drama over it too but like, why is it their fault if their chance at winning today was only obtainable 20 years ago in a hidden Japanese alleyway, game is game
Just curious what people think about it and maybe someone will change my perspective
