Why is Pokemon omega ruby telling me my pyroar is a special Pokemon? I've used power saves on it?

A few questions:

- What location did you set for it?
- Did you give it the blue pentagon?
- What ball did you put it in?
- Is there anything that stands out in the Pyroar (as in not normal)?

If it can't be put in the GTS, it may be because it's in a Cherish Ball or you put a special ribbon on it.
