Can the ev lowering berries be used after maxing out your Pokemons friendship?

I've been using those berries to lower my Pokemons evs to make them more competitively viable and I wondered if I could still use ev lowering berries even after maxing out my Pokemons friendship

As far as I know, they will lower evs then just say, "[Pokemon]'s friendship won't go any higher!" This could be different in certain games through.

Yes.

As long as a Pokemon either has friendship less than max or EVs in the stat the berry corresponds to, you can use it on that Pokemon.

When a Pokemon with max friendship is given an EV-reducing berry, the message is "[Pokemon] adores you! It lost base points for [stat]."

When a Pokemon has both max friendship and zero EVs in the corresponding stat, the Berry cannot be used, with the message "It won't have any effect."
