so I did the side quest where a person gives you a Alolan Raichu if your regular raichu wins against it, I did it and it wasn't interesting so I didn't participate in it, the next day she has a SHINY raichu, I didn't know NPC's could have a shiny Pokemon, I thought a few things: when she battles with it, it will go back to normal or when she give it to me it wont be shiny, she choose it out and it stayed SHINY! but no sparkles? I won she gave it to me STILL SHINY, It doesn't sparkle or say it's shiny, what is wrong here?

I saw a youtuber say "a shiny raichu for an alolan one is a fair deal" and I done it the other way around ;)
Are you like completely positive it’s shiny? Like it DOES sparkle when it comes out the ball right?
What color is it?
it is identical to shiny. brown and everything I am a user on db I know shiny raichu.
Can you show us a picture? Or like a video of you sending it out and it’s summery? Like to see if it has the shiny icon? Very cool glitch nonetheless
I haven't played Legends Z-A, but are you sure it isn't just egregious lighting?

It's impossible for your Alolan Raichu to be shiny because the Alolan Raichu from this side mission is programmed to never be shiny. The fact that it has no shiny icon or sparkles are proof that it isn't.

I think I know why you're confused, though. The top Alolan Raichu sprites on PokémonDB look like this:
Raichu
Raichu
Those are images of how it appears on the 3DS, likely in bright sunny lighting.

Meanwhile, in Legends: Z-A, Alolan Raichu looks like this at night:

araichu

So since the 3DS images of Alolan Raichu are unusually bright and your Alolan Raichu is possibly in a dark environment, your Alolan Raichu looks more like the shiny sprite, but it isn't actually shiny. It's just the result of differences in color display. If you're ever confused by the color of a Pokémon, you can confirm whether or not it's a shiny by checking for the shiny icon or for sparkles.

darn it!
Hah, even without playing Legends Z-A, I had enough experience with SV to know how bad the lighting can get with making normal Pokemon look shiny. I'm glad to see I was correct.
That's an insane difference. I would've thought that was shiny as well.
shiny alolan raichu in za is black then.
