Does the Exp Share give EVs in Gen 3?

The Pokemon recieves the EVs that the other Pokémon obtains

any Pokémon that gains experience also gains all EVs awarded from that battle; from Generation V onward, any Pokémon eligible to gain experience, even if they are level 100, gains all EVs awarded from that battle.
