Will it be possible to shiny hunt Deoxys in the FRLG port?

Question

I know most people access Deoxys basically by hacking and just inserting the event into the game, but is there any way to access the event within the confines of the game itself? I saw one person on Reddit mentioning ACE (arbitrary code execution) which got me excited. Obviously, if they decide to release the Aurora Ticket to everyone like they did for Celebi in Crystal VC then that covers everything.

If you ACE to get the map, it should be shiny huntable. I highly doubt they shiny-locked him. They didn’t shiny-lock celebi

They might bring the event back maybe
