There are no methods to increase shiny odds in FR/LG. It's always 1/8192.
The only way to hunt for wild shinies is to go for a lot of random encounters and hope for the best.
You can also soft reset for some Pokemon such as legendaries, or Pokemon that can be purchased in the Game Corner.
