why are we using the • character and not the actual bullet points
because I used Google sheets to erase the other columns in the table I got the list from, and because I didn't want to manually add 300 bullet points, I used Google sheet's custom number format thing to apply the bullet point character to all the cells. I didn't really think about the fact that if I just used a dash in all the cells, it would turn into actual bullet points in the Pokebase, but I'm not about to edit my answer to make the bullets negligibly larger.
The edit is really negligible and not necessary, but if you would like, you can copy your text into something like Google Docs, ctrl f the bullet points, and add a space followed by a hyphen to match the formatting in Pokébase.
