Do you see titles other trainers assign to their Pokemon in Pokemon Champions?

For example, if someone sent out a Shiny Lucario with the Legend Badge in battle, would it say the usual, “Go, Lucario” or would it be “Lucario the Living Legend”?

Yes.

In link battles, the opposing player's Pokémon will display any equipped title as well.

Do Pokemon Champions battles count as link battles for this case? I thought link battles specifically referred to battles in the mainline games
