Where can I get special balls in Pokemon Briliant diamond/shining pearl?

I want balls besides the basic 3 balls you can buy in pokemarts but I can’t figure out where to buy them.

What do you mean by special?

I think you get different balls at different Poke marts from the other cashier, but you can buy all the balls at the Pokemon League. Dive Balls are complicated to get for some reason though, as they aren't buyable. I know they can be obtained 3 at a time by showing the guy in Solaceon the Pokemon he wants to see.

Master Ball: The only way to get a Master Ball is by speaking to Cyrus inside the Team Galactic Headquarters during the main storyline, however, you have to earn seven gym badges before this interaction can occur. Cyrus only gives you one Master Ball
