Can Hisui Sneasler have the Destiny (“Chosen One”) mark? If not, which marks can it have?

You can’t get destiny mark on them because you can’t find them in the wild. Same goes for the other marks. The one exception being Marks like the item finder mark you can get on Pokemon after you’ve caught them.

No you can’t because you can’t find these Pokémon in the wild, and the destiny mark (and all other wild encounter marks) cannot be obtained on either of these Pokémon without hacks.

However these Pokémon can have the following marks:

• Partner mark
• Gourmand mark
• Item finder mark
• Best friends mark
• mini mark
• Jumbo mark
• Alpha mark
• Certain event marks
